R2R surface inspection system supporting top/bottom inspection, defect maps, statistics and trend reports.

UniScan-S inspects defects on film surfaces or coating layers in high-speed R2R processes. It combines high-resolution cameras, optimized illumination, image processing and deep-learning classification with double-sided inspection, pen marking and PLC/MES connectivity.
