Edge connectivity component that turns legacy machine signals, states, events and commands into standardized connected assets.

EdgeOn Agent, Adapter and Device Config deploy on IPC/Gateway hardware next to the machine, standardizing PLC, proprietary-protocol and vendor-interface signals into an Asset·Tag·State model with bidirectional events and commands. Field exceptions such as link loss and duplicate commands are handled with Buffer, Timeout and Retry rules. EdgeOn does not replace Safety PLCs or equipment-specific safety controls, and supported protocols, performance, standards, vendors, versions/SKUs and test or contract scope are confirmed after customer-environment and project validation.
