Nexfara is an industrial integration and control service that combines connect, integrate, execute and operate components to fit each project scope while preserving legacy machines, in-house execution systems and external vendor systems.

Challenge

Legacy machines, in-house systems and external vendor systems each draw different boundaries for signals, commands, states and responsibilities, making connection and recovery complex. Machine connectivity is fragmented across PLCs, proprietary protocols and vendor interfaces, in-house and vendor execution systems must run side by side, and commands, states, coordinates, units, codes and completion criteria disagree. Field exceptions such as link loss, duplicate commands, missing products and manual recovery must be designed in from the start.

Configuration

Select only the components you need and integrate them to the project scope while keeping the existing operating environment and vendor systems. EdgeOn does not replace Safety PLCs or equipment-specific safety controls.

  • EdgeOn: standardizes legacy machine signals, states, events and commands (Asset·Tag·State)
  • Link: system integration through APIs, models, events, commands and Vendor Connectors (Gateway·Model·Router)
  • Open Execution — ACS Domain / WCS Domain: choose Nexfara or integrate Existing/Vendor systems per project
  • Orchestrator (optional): coordinates tasks, resources and sequencing across systems
  • Monitor/Sim: unified monitoring, tracing and alarms with simulation and virtual validation
  • Project Extension: customer-, machine- and vendor-specific Adapters, Mappings and Workflows
