Integration service linking Vision detection, inspection and code reading with manipulator actions and UniACS/AMR logistics missions.
Following prior vision validation, the system makes pose and quality decisions, performs Pick & Place, sorting and rework with robots, grippers and fixtures selected for the site, then connects UniACS/AMR missions, precision docking and process transfer. UniEye provides vision, control and process-integration build technology using selected hardware; it does not claim to manufacture manipulator hardware in-house. Performance and scope are confirmed against object geometry, tolerance, cycle time, payload, safety requirements and prior vision-validation results.
